Parts. Depending on your device and availability, repairs may use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and/or high-quality aftermarket parts. We’ll tell you which we’re using before the repair.

Warranty. Repairs are backed by our 90-day warranty covering the replaced part against defects under normal use — if the new part fails on its own, we’ll make it right. It does not cover water/liquid damage, drops, impact, cracked or broken screens or glass, or any new physical or accidental damage after the repair, and may be voided by later tampering or third-party repair. Back up your data. Please back up your device before service. Most repairs (such as screen or battery replacement) don’t affect your data, but we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repair.

Free quote, no surprises. We give a free, upfront quote before any work begins — no diagnostic fee for standard quotes, and no charge for a repair you don’t approve. Final pricing depends on your model and the parts required.
