Return & Refund Policy

This Return Policy applies to retail accessory purchases (such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and similar items) made in store at Smart Pro Phone Repair. Repair services are covered separately by our workmanship warranty — see our Terms of Service.
Returns & exchanges
- Unused accessories in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt).
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges are subject to availability.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (for example, installed screen protectors or opened earbuds) may not be returnable once opened or installed, except where required by law or where the item is defective.
- Defective items are covered — if a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it as required by California law.
Pricing & sales tax
Accessory prices include any applicable California sales tax — tax is included in the price you see, not added as a separate line at the register. Refunds are issued for the full amount you paid. Repair labor (service) is charged separately and, under California law, repair service labor is generally not subject to sales tax.
