Parts. Depending on your device and availability, repairs may use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and/or high-quality aftermarket parts. We’ll tell you which we’re using before the repair.

Warranty. Repairs are backed by our 90-day warranty covering the replaced part against defects under normal use — if the new part fails on its own, we’ll make it right. It does not cover water/liquid damage, drops, impact, cracked or broken screens or glass, or any new physical or accidental damage after the repair, and may be voided by later tampering or third-party repair.
