What we fix on iPhone

Screens (OLED on iPhone X and later, LCD on the iPhone 11, XR, SE and older models), batteries, charging ports, back glass, rear and front cameras, speakers and microphones, and buttons. Most screen and battery jobs take 30 to 60 minutes while you wait.

Face ID, True Tone and part messages

A screen replacement done properly keeps Face ID working, because the Face ID sensors stay with your phone. On iPhone 11 and newer, iOS shows an "Unknown Part" or "Important Battery Message" notice after any repair that does not use an Apple-serialized part. The phone still works normally. We explain which part grade we are using before we start, so there are no surprises.

Should you repair or replace?

If your iPhone is less than about five years old, a new screen or battery almost always costs far less than a new phone. For older models we will tell you honestly when a repair is not worth it. The quote is free and there is no obligation.

iPhone repair — FAQ

How long does an iPhone screen repair take?

Most iPhone screen replacements take 30 to 60 minutes when the part is in stock. Call (916) 937-1888 with your model and we will confirm before you come in.

Will my iPhone show a message after the repair?

On iPhone 11 and newer, iOS may show an "Unknown Part" notice in Settings after a display or battery replacement that does not use an Apple-serialized part. It does not affect how the phone works, and we tell you up front which part we are using.

Do I lose my photos or data during an iPhone repair?

No. Screen, battery and port repairs do not erase your iPhone. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair, just in case.
